Subject NYMEX Delisting NEL Products with Expirations Beyond Dec ‘06 – Effective Friday, October 20, 2006

Effective at the close of business Friday, October 20, 2006, all NYMEX NEL products with expirations beyond December 2006, will be delisted from the CME® Globex® platform.   Products included in this decision are:

Additionally, all spread instruments involving these products will no longer be available after the expiration of the December 06 contract.

NYMEX’s Board has decided that this action is desirable, in the interests of an orderly market in accordance with NYMEX Rule 4.20.
